Information You Submit
Terms Entered in Search Tools
A name, place, or other term entered into an embedded search feature is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our own systems.
Messages Sent to Us
If you email us or submit a contact message, we keep the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share that message outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.

Privacy on Linked Services
Links may lead to LA VINE, the Caldwell Parish Sheriff, correctional facilities, court portals, government record systems, or third-party search tools. The destination's privacy policy controls its collection and use once a visitor follows that link.
Advertising partners may use their own technology to measure visits across websites or select interest-based ads. That processing occurs on their systems and is governed by their policies.

We do not sell personal information. Limited information may be handled by:
- Search partners that process a submitted query
- Analytics providers that measure site use
- Advertising networks that deliver or assess ads
- Law enforcement or another government body acting under a valid legal order
Reasonable Security Measures
We use standard safeguards suited to a public website. No internet transmission, storage platform, or connected service is completely secure, so we cannot promise that data will never be accessed, lost, or exposed.
